Ongoing support

Keep the website healthy, current, and visible after launch.

An enquiry-based support arrangement for small businesses that want one person to handle agreed site changes, technical monitoring, listings, search visibility, and reporting.

What support covers

A defined working relationship, not an unlimited task bucket.

The exact cadence and workload are agreed for each business. Support can flex as priorities change, but work is still planned against the agreed scope.

Agreed site changes

Content, service, team, image, link, and landing-page changes that are agreed for the support period.

Technical monitoring

Checks on the website’s availability, performance, technical health, and important discovery files, with agreed fixes prioritised.

Business listings

Agreed updates and accuracy checks across relevant Google, Apple, and Bing business listings.

Search visibility

Practical improvements to technical SEO, structured data, local visibility, and AI-readable information.

Reporting

A clear record of work completed, issues found, visibility signals reviewed, and recommended next actions.

What is not automatically included

A support arrangement does not automatically include a full redesign, a new website, a large custom feature, ecommerce or software development, advertising spend, social media management, photography, video, copywriting, or third-party fees. Larger projects are scoped and quoted separately.

Monitoring also does not mean that rankings, uninterrupted third-party services, or a particular commercial result can be guaranteed. It means the agreed signals are checked, issues are surfaced, and useful action is taken within scope.

Investment

Ongoing support is enquiry-based. There is no published monthly price because the useful workload varies by website, number of locations and listings, monitoring needs, and reporting expectations.

After a review, Josh provides a written scope and quote so you know what the arrangement covers before it begins.

Indicative process

Agree, improve, report, repeat.

01

Review the current setup

Josh reviews the website, listings, search visibility, known problems, and the kind of help the business expects.

02

Agree the support scope

You agree what is covered, what is outside scope, priorities, communication, reporting, and the quoted arrangement.

03

Maintain and improve

Agreed changes, checks, fixes, listings work, and search improvements are handled in priority order.

04

Report and reset priorities

Work and findings are reported clearly so the next set of priorities can be agreed.

Ask about support for your site.

Send Josh the website address, the changes or problems you already know about, and what you would like monitored or reported.
